What to expect
Sessions are informal, and open to all.
We begin with a prayer, and an option to write names in the Healing Book.
As a group, we go through a reading from the prescribed text, and discuss that topic together.
Depending on the energy of that day, a spiritual channelling may occur, giving us deeper guidance from the teachings of the Spirit Guides themselves.
We close with a group healing, and prayer.
